What time is online check-in?

Hello! I am platinum so I know I can check in 38 days in advance. Is that midnight on the 38th day? We cruise on 9/18 so I believe my day is 8/11 but want to be up at midnight if that is when I can start.

I know this has been answered a dozen times before, but I can't seem to find it. Thank you so much for your help!

Yes, when the app goes from 38 days 0 hrs 1 min to 38 days exactly, which is 12AM on 8/11.

I always consider it this way: as soon as it becomes that day in Orlando.

Somehow, saying midnight in the X can seem unclear. That’s why you see it asked so often; you obviously aren’t alone.

For me, that is 11 pm the day before - because I live in Central Time and don’t look at the app. (And don’t use it until I go on vacation (I use the website on my bigger screen iPad).

Best wishes getting the PAT you want. The staggered check-in seems to have less reports of website crashes.

Just completed mine a couple of days ago. Since Platinum now has to select a PAT time I always stay up to midnight to check in as soon as online check in opens up. This time they were performing maintenance and the reservation system was down. I gave up trying to refresh the web page as it didn't work. I couldn't get into the online check in until about 1:30 am. So be prepared for that as well.

I can't understand why they schedule routine maintenance at that time, knowing thousands of people are trying to check in.

It was really annoying. I could see it coming as I was getting the message "nothing fishy here" with a link back to the main website about 11:30 pm as I was trying to make sure I was able to get into online checkin prior to midnight. I think the most frustrating part is that there is no one at DCL to contact at that hour to ask what was going on and no indication when the reservation site would be back up.
