Good Monday Morning!

Well Saturday was lovely and Sunday morning was lovely but things changed drastically by 2pm ... it started to get dark, then light showers and by evening we had SLAMMING DOWN FULL FORCE RAIN ... yup, you read that right MORE RAIN.

Today is bright beautiful sun and a very cool 50 degrees.

8:47am in San Diego.

Where are you at???? I'm in Mission Valley and it's cloudy and it appears that the rain is once again near!

It's sunny and 38. Feels cold compared to the last couple of days. Hope it's warm in Orlando 4 weeks from now

I sure hope it's warmer in Ocala, Fl when we goin in a week and a half or 10 more days!!!! Visiting our best friends who moved down there to Deltona, and now have a house in Ocala on a small lake.


Wasn't it wonderful on 1/1 it got up to 58 degrees here in Nashua!


It's 3:21p and 33 degrees with a wind chill of 21 COLD!!!!

kate, I live in Oceanside right on the Carlsbad line almost into Vista ... hence calling everything around me Tri-City! I am actually right next to Mira Costa College! If you know that area? I am pretty new to SD, March '10. So still getting to know the area. I have heard of Mission Valley but unsure where it is? My son lives in a La Jolla!

Anyway, yes, omg, by 2pm the skies opened up and it was once again slamming down rain. Omg, this has to stop BUT now today is starting out LOVELY! (Just like yesterday, sun was shining brightly in the a.m.). I think though "Fritz" said beautiful the rest of the week!





OK SUEEEEEEEEEEEE, IS THERE A STORM BREWING??????? OMG, Michael will FREAK OUT if he cannot get back to school. He has a 6am flight on Saturday! Should we see about him leaving earlier???????????? HELPPPP!

Well Kar, as of now not sure. They say we could get some friday night into sat morning. I will keep a eye out for you. You might want to check to see if he can fly in friday evening/afternoon. Just to be on the safe side. You know the weather people now like to freak people out even before we get anything. I just looked at weather.com says 70% chance of snow on Sat. Friday has a 30% chance of snow showers.

Finally warmed up here. Feels like spring time out there again, compared to the temps we've been having. Almost shorts and t-shirt weather.

12:25 pm and it's currently 35 degrees. No wind chill today.

Too bad it won't last long. Supposed to get colder again as we approach the weekend.

8:39 am and it's currently 22. Wind chill making it feel like 9.

10:38 am and its about 20 degrees and 6 inches of snow last night. can not wait until Spring..... Sure wish I was a Disney right now.

Thanks, sweetie, ugh, we just decided to go ahead and change his flight. He goes TONIGHT. A red eye to Green. We had so many plans throughout the rest of this week but I did not want him sitting in airports due to delays. He needs to be back on campus, all settled and ready for class on Monday. So we called United, he had a free voucher left over from this summer when he was bumped from his New Mexico flight. Yeah!

So needless to say, being home since the 19th his things where all.over.this.house. Ugh. I did up the rest of all his laundry, he got his hair cut, he did his banking and called and surprised his gf and she is BEYOND pumped that he is getting back this early.

So now watch, you all will get ONE FLAKE!

Oh man, nothing like getting a puppy in the winter and having to stand outside waiting for prima donna to pee pee 40 feels a lot colder when you are standing out there, sun is shining, though. They are call for more snow on Friday They stink at forecasting lol

2:53 in the afternoon and a bright and sunny 71 degrees. It definitely doesn't seem like January.

37 degree and raining. The rest of the week looks a mess. The kids and me went today. Tomorrow and the rest of the week calling for snow. I have go grocery store it's the first month and calling for snow. Send a rescue team if not back home before Monday. LOL

That was a good idea about leaving early, and yes watch we won't get much. I think I saw on channel 5 this morning that we might be getting 2-4 inches, of course that still depends on the direction it takes. They still are not sure.

What kind of dog did you get? It does feel alot colder when you have to wait for them out there, good luck with the puppy.

It's 8:54a and 16 degrees. They say we might get 3-6 inches of snow tonight. Notice I say might because they are never sure
