As of 10:50pm we've warmed up here... it is now 14 degrees with 18 mile an hour winds making it feel like 0 degrees... according to weather.com, i haven't been out since 6pm when i got home from work

Here it is 10:58 and still around 40 degrees. Tomorrow is supposed to be cold and rainy. Cold for us, at least, with a high of 44.

Just reading all these frigid temperatures makes me cold.

Here it is 11:19 and 45 degrees with a light rain. Tomorrow should be wonderful with a high close to 70. Monday, too. Then another cold front and back to the 50s. Not bad compared to all who are snowed in.

10:03am in SoCal. 58 dark, dreary, rainy degrees. We have Brett's company Christmas party tonight and I just do not feel like going out in all this rain. Its the "stay-at-home" type weather here.

Me too, Kerrie, but that rarely happens in SoCal. It is always bright and sunny and warm BUT something has been going on in the last 10 days where we have been having allot of dark cloudy days and rainy days.

My DS is in San Diego, 90 miles south of us and he surfs quite abit. He went yesterday and despite the on and off rain, the waves are HUGE. Hawaii actually had some 50ft waves this week. Then the swell moves up the coast resulting in 10ft waves in SD and Orange Counties.

We do watch the weather every eve but they have not mentioned El Nino. I have no idea why we are having such unsettling weather as last Dec was lovely. We were at DL just about every weekend leading up to the holidays and I was wearing SHORTS. Today I have on a turtleneck and sweats!!! SoCal will have unsettling weather in Jan and Feb...that is a given BUT this early....hmmm....

Strange, our weatherman mentions El Nino almost every night. Of course, he's a little dramatic. That's part of why we watch him. You can tell he LOVES the weather and any kind of weather drama. We really thought he was going to cry when we got so little weather from Hurricane Ike last year.
