What time is best for character breakfast?

What time would be the "slowest" for a character breakfast? As soon as they open, mid way through or the last seating?

Not sure if this is always but when we did a few last seatings for breakfast, it was not as busy as mid morning seatings. Plus we had a lot more character interaction - it was really great!
