What time Goofy's Kitchen?

What time would you suggest for lunch at Goofy's Kitchen? It's really a brunch, right? They don't serve lunch? We were thinking a good time would be around 1 or 2pm to get away from the afternoon park crowds...thoughts? TIA!

ETA: this will probably be on a Wednesday mid-July.

If you are planning on a Wednesday, Goofy closes at noon, so you may want to plan on getting there about 11:30 if you want to do a later seating.

Not sure, but come very, very hungry. And don't plan on eating for the rest of the day, other than a light snack around dinner time. It's THAT MUCH FOOD!

Well, I called and the last seating is at 11:30 but they said the characters leave at noon.

I wanted to get to Goofy's kitchen at a point when the parks were getting really really busy to avoid that. I thought later would be better. But if we go at say 11am, done by maybe 12:30? Will we just be getting back to the parks when it's getting crazy busy?

We normally do around 11:30 but on a weekend (they are open until 2) after MM. Then head back to our room for a pool/nap break.
