what time for plaza gardens

Just was wondering if anyone knows the times for the charactor tea party at the plaza gardens we are going in august and would like to give it a go (on the 3rd day we are there) any idea ,s on the best time to go ,such as when the parade is on (we will of seen this by then) been to a few charactor meals but have no idea on this one ,thanks you guys

There are usually 2 time slots- I think about 4.00 and 5.00.
We are doing the 2nd one simply because its the day we arrive and we are intending having lunch at Anettes as we arrive so wanted a bit longer before we devour the tea party food

I've just booked for 28th August and got offered either 3.30pm or 5pm. Hope this helps.
