What time for pickup?

I originally posted this on the DCL forum, but got no responses. Can someone lend a hand?

Okay, we gave up looking for an airfare sale out of our small-town region so we booked our flight today ( ).

Since we will have an 18-month old, we have decided to get a towncar service (maybe FL tours?) so that we can stop for diapers, milk and snacks. I know that the service can meet us when we land at MCO....but what time do you arrange to be picked up from the Port? Our return flight is at 12:30 on Delta...so we can check in at the port, right? AND, we are at a late dinner seating right now, but are hoping to get changed to the early seating by cruise time (called yesterday...still on the list).

What time should I have them pick us up? Do I need to let them know what time pickup is when I book the reservation? Is there any information that you can think of that I need to give the service? Does the Towncar wait for you in a specific area? Last cruise, we did Disney transfers back to the park and we were kind of shuffled there when we picked up our luggage!!

It is my understanding that when you book with them (any towncar service) they will ask for your flight information, and will track that info on the day you are to arrive, and meet you to help you with your luggage. They will (should) tell you what time they will pick you up from your hotel to go back to the airport the day you leave. This should be about 2 hours prior to your flight departure time.

Yes, we've used Tiffany's and they always ask for the flight and then give you a time ....and Tiffany's is really good about it when I ask them to move their time up by 1/2 hour as I am flight paranoid!
