What time for EWP in January?

Does the EWP always pass the 7 seas lagoon resorts after 9pm or is it earlier in the winter months?

We will be there Jan 9-14th & was wondering what time to plan dinner l if we want to watch the EWP.

It starts in front of the Polynesian at 9:00 pm year round unless the fireworks are at 9:00 in which case it starts immediately after the fireworks end. It can be cancelled if the weather is bad enough...as in stormy or windy...but they don't cancel if it's just cold.
