What time for dinner PS at CRT to see fireworks?

It's DH's birthday Dec 22, and his first choice for dinner is at Cindy's Castle. He doesn't want anything special done for him.
Just a nice intimate dinner. But I will really like to make it a little bit more special for him and memorable for DD6 and DS8 - by having dinner right around the fireworks time.

In your opinion, what time should I make the PS? I'll like to time it so that we are at least close to having desert. Is the service at Cindy's slow at dinner? Does every table have a good fireworks view? Or do I have to ask specifically for a window seat?
Is the setting more intimate at dinner? We only had breakfast once; we loved it but felt a bit "rushed".

We had dinner at the castle on July 26th and booked it for 9:00(the fireworks were scheduled for 10:00. It worked out perfect. We viewed the fireworks during desert. When making your ps, ask the cm when the fireworks begin,then book your dinner 1 hour prior!

I'll be patiently waiting for the MK's Dec schedule to come out.
Did you need to request a table by the window to see the fireworks? Can we view it from any point in the dining room?

Unfortunately, you can not request a certain table when making your PS. Not all tables have a spectacular view. Arrive 10 minutes early and request a window table when you check into the restaurant.

Why not stop by the castle about an hour early (it would be best if you could slip away from DH and the kids for a few minutes to do this) and make your request to the host/hostess, being sure to explain that it's your DH's birthday? If you ask them about a window view, they might be able to time it out for you.
