What time for ADR 180?

When my ADR day finally arrives, what time does the phone lines open? (I'm in Michigan)

They open at 7am eastern time

(Psss - I have never called on the exact day, much less when they first opened, and have always snagged every reservation I wanted so don't lose sleep unless you want some really hard to get reservation like the Chefs Table at V&A)

It would be great if my 180 day mark was Memorial Day so I could spend as much time as I needed on the phone on hold.
