What time does WDW-dine phone line open for booking each day?

Hi,

Getting ready to book our Feb. trip. Not sure if I should book online at 7am or book by calling. Depends what time the phones open.

The online system rolls over (so, opens up for the new day) at 6am EST. The phone lines open at 7am EST.

Thanks so much for your prompt response. As I'm making CRT ressies, I think I'll call do that on line at 6AM and call in for BBB and Be our guest at 7am as my 180 days is Aug 21 and BOG doesn't go online until the 24th. This way I leave nothing to chance!!!!!
