What time does tropical night begin?

The last cruise I was on (NCL) it didnt begin till about 11pm. Much too late for me. lol

The themeing starts at your dinner table. When you walk into the dining rooms they have leis on all the tables with brightly colored napkins and table cloths. The wait staff is wearing tropical shirts, etc.

The actual party starts about 10:00. I think they wait until most people are done with their dinner.
