if you are staying onsite 60 days before your first day - assuming you have tickets attached to your MDE account. Read mesaboy's FP thread - I highly recommend it! If you need an exact date you can check Kenny the Pirate's site under his crowd calendar for your date it will tell you when you can make FP+. The window itself opens at midnight each day
