Usually, at 9:45 AM they take the cones out from the entrance. Once in a while it's a little earlier - 9:40 - but usually 9:45.

FYI: the terminal doesn’t open until 10:30 so you will wait outside. The line is in the parking garage on the 3rd level or on the ground level outside the terminal.
** There are restrooms available on the ground floor of the garage.
When you check in you will be given a boarding number. The earlier your Port Arrival Time the lower your boarding number.
They usually start boarding 11:15-11:30 Concierge and Platinum board first then they start with everyone else.

What time are most of the previous cruise's vehicles cleared out? We've never had trouble getting parking, but getting "decent" parking could be a little harder if you wait too long.

When we show up at 9:45, we always get rock star parking on the ground level right across from the debarkation door.

lol - Right, that was subjective. I like to be on level 3, but I guess anywhere that is on the same level as an entrance so I don't have to lug our carry-ons up and down stairs or wait for an elevator.

At 9:45 nearly the entirety of the 3rd level is open
