What time does the Itinneary Planners Office at the Polynesian open?

I am trying to set some things up for our upcoming vacation and I keep getting the voice message. Am I just calling too early? Does anyone know when they open?? TIA

I just got a call on my answering machine today from the planning office. They said I could call between 8 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. (EST).

If you leave a message they will get back with you with in 24 hours. They are now planning for the Polynesian and the Wilderness Lodge. You can also e-mail them at wdw.polynesian.itinerary.planning.office@disney.com
