Most days, around 6:30a or shortly after. If the park opens at 7:00a, then buses will be running even earlier.

I have an 810am ADR at BOG and I don't want to miss it

You will probably want to be at the bus stop by 7 AM, that is, a little more than an hour in advance of your ADR. if you cut it closer, the best bus might be too full for you and you'll have to wait for the next one, that will get you there late.

Also, if I remember correctly, you should be walking into the restaurant 10 minutes before your reservation (ADR) time.

I had to be at MK at 7:15 for a tour and I caught a bus at 6:20. I was told that it's pretty standard. I think it was a 9am opening.
