Boarding times can vary by port, ship, and even itinerary. Out of Port Canaveral, boarding usually begins around 11:30 if all is going well. Not sure when open boarding would begin, maybe around 12:30 (I've always been onboard before that happens so perhaps someone else can chime in there with their experience).

Sailed the fantasy in January for a B2B. Platinum and got the earliest PAT of 12:00, BG 13. Boarding had just started when we got into the terminal. We didn’t board the ship until closer to 12:30 and it was not open boarding yet. We sail again on Sunday, so I can share that experience as well in a few days.

Above sounds about right. Boarding in Port Canaveral typically begins around 11:30-11:45am with open boarding called around 12:30-12:45pm.

Cruised the Fantasy/March/Port Canaveral- Family of the day was called about 11:35am. Then concierge went. I can't say what happened shortly after that as we boarded, but you can imagine another hour or so of calling boarding groups would take you to that open boarding call.
