What time does the Epcot Monorail start running?

My family and I will be staying at the Poly this August. I have read conflicting information about the times the Monorail starts running in the morning from the TTC, we have an early morning 8am ADR for the Norway Princess Breakfast. We will plan to walk to the TTC from the Poly...anyone know if the Monorail leaves the TTC before 8am? If it does not....will the Poly have buses going to Epcot that early? Thanks.

Epcot Monorail starts at 8:00 AM and for Epcot AM EMH days at 7:30 AM.

According to some Posts in a recent Thread,they run buses from the Magic Kingdom Resorts to Epcot from 6:30AM-8:00AM daily.
