What time does the breakfast buffet at Captain's Grille end?

I see that breakfast ends at 11:25 am, so I'm wondering what time they start packing up the breakfast buffet. (I'm sending my mom & her BFF for an early afternoon massage in the Boardwalk area one day during our trip. I'd like to also treat them to a late breakfast, and it looks like Captain's Grille is the only place with an opening. 11 am is an ideal time for them, but I'm worried they won't have enough time to enjoy the buffet without rushing.) Thanks for any insight!
