What time does Roaring Forks open (Wilderness Lodge)?

We need to leave really early on a Monday morning. Does anyone know what time Roaring Forks opens at the Wilderness Lodge? Tried to get an early breakfast at Whispering Canyon but the earliest they had was 7:30am. We need more like 6:45am or 7 a at the latest.

What about room service? Is it available earlier?

Also, does anyone know if we can get cooked to order (like eggs) at Roaring Fork or is it all continential type food?

When we were there in December, they opened at 6:00 for quick grab stuff and the grill opened at 7:00. So the quick grab stuff was the bagels, toast, pastries, cereals, parfaits, fruit etc. But if you wanted eggs, bacon, and pancakes you had to wait til 7. Hope that helps.
