what time does paradise pier open after park opening?

We are heading over to DL next week and the very first ride we want to go on is TOY STORY MANIA. I know sometimes that paradise pier is not open right away. Does anyone know if this is the case right now, and if so, what time does it open?

Every time we've been in DCA by 10 the Pier is also open.......

Are you staying at one of the DL hotels? Cause the word is to go to the GC special entrance and get in early. Something about asking for the "tour"? Haven't done it yet, just read somewhere on here. Plus with all the construction going on I would imagine that ANY clear route will be open.
Hopefully someone will help you out that has been there recently.

As far as I know Toy Story is open when teh park officially opens. However, the park unofficially opens 1/2 hour early on most if not all days. Durring this time you can ride Sorin/get FP and then group at the rope by GRR and wait for official opening time to be allowed into the rest of the park and onto Toy Story

The park opens at 9:30, that's when they start letting people in, there are waiting areas depending on what ride you're heading to. When we go in early we grab FP for Soarin and then head over the GRR to wait, there will be people waiting there already to head over to the pier, just join the group. There will be CM's with a rope holding you back, at 10 they will drop the rope and off you go towards the pier, you will end up merging with people who were waiting in Sunshine Plaza too but your TSMM wait will be small. Doing this we are normally on and off again in 10 min.
