What time does "lunch" end?

What hours does Disney consider as being "lunch?"

Specifically, we would like to get the latest seating for Liberty Tree Tavern for lunch. Would that be 3:00? 3:30?

I think that it is typically at 4:00. We do this a lot and ask for the last lunch seating when we make our ADR's.

It varies by restaurant. As pigget74 said, when you make your ADRs just ask for the last lunch seating.
