What time does Kona Cafe open for dinner?

Trying to plan my itinerary....is Kona open all day, or do they start serving dinner at a specific time? Thanks!

My Passporter lists Kona dinner from 5-10 pm.

I believe that although Kona serves breakfast, lunch and dinner each meal starts at a specific time. Make sure you make an ADR for dinner as it can get pretty crowded.
