What time does Disney Village open?

Does anyone know please? Am planning big time as we're only there for one day!

what do you want to do in the Disney Village in the morning? Some of the cafes and restaurants open at around 8.30am, but the shops don't open until around 9am.

And the one big toy store (NOT World of Disney, the other one...) doesn't open until 2pm I think!
