What time does DCL bus pick up from WDW post-testing?

We usually take uber from WDW to Port Canaveral because in the past the DCL buses picked up later prior to covid.

Since covid the bus seems to pick up WDW guests 8-10am which is convenient.

Do the buses continue to pick up from WDW this early now testing etc has been abolished?

DCL transfers from WDW resorts have been picking up as early as 8am. Exact time will be shared by resort staff the day prior to embarkation.

How much does an uber cost from WDW resort to Port Canaveral? We are debating as well do either take an uber or do the DCL bus.
