What time does Chef Mickey's close?

We leave in 2 weeks

We've always had ressies scheduled for "dinner time" (maybe around 6pm-ish) They only time I could get dinner ressies for Chef Mickey's was 8:10 PM. I'm going to keep trying to see if there is anything open any earlier. But my worry is this.... I'm hoping they don't close like at 9pm and our food won't be fresh, know what I mean? I'm just picturing the end of the food is brought out and there won't be much left to choose from or it's all dried out.

closing time is 9:30. That usually means ADRs can be made up to near that time. The restaurant will remain open after that for diners arriving with earlier ADRs. The food on the buffet will be replenished and the characters will continue to mingle with guests.

We had really late ADRS one night there. It was a mad house trying to get back to our hotel. We were done right at MK closing time. We hit the parks at open time so we try to leave at least one hour before closing to avoid the mad rush.
