What time does Baby Groot meet until?

I was wondering if anyone has gone in the evening? My daughter and I won't be there until about 5pm today at the earliest. I know it's limited and no guarantees but hoping someone has met him in the evening!

I went midday last week. Posted wait time was 30 minutes, in reality it was 15 minutes

We land at MCO at 1:10 and are staying at the boardwalk so our plan is to book it over the Hollywood Studios and try to catch Kylo Ren (Disney Visa M&G) before that shuts down at 4 , then catch Chewie and BB* then head directly to Starlord and Baby Groot...I'm thinking ABOUT 5:00/5:30 or so.
