What time do you think is the "best" time for breakfast at AK?

We have an ADA for 8:40 - any earlier I'm worried I won't wake up
I don't think crowds are that bad and it doesn't look like it's going to be that hot and humid when we go. Would it be bad to move my ressie to 9:00 or 9:30 and head to the safari around 10 or 10:30? I heard the line moves really fast and they have FastPass for this attraction anyhow. However the best time to see the animals is in the morning but does it matter? I know I could make it for 10 or 10:30 but knowing me I'd end up waking up late and getting to the park at that time.

That's exactly what happened to us! Since our PS wasn't until 10:30, we didn't make it to the park until that time. It's a mental thing.

I would keep your 8:40 and head straight to the Safari after breakfast. The animals are still active until around noon and different animals are active at different times, so you should still have a good ride. By that time too, the 9:00 Safari rush will be well over.

HI. We had an 8am ps at AK and LOVED IT! We walked straight from the side door to Dinasour. We were in the first ride out that day. Then we walked over to the Safari. We just used the wake up call service and everything went fine. I admit we were pretty tired by 3pm, but we just went back to AKL for a swim and rest.
