We are staying at Palm Coast Florida and plan on driving to WDW a couple of days while we are on vacation. This is between Jacksonville and Daytona Beach. The info we have says we are an hour and 15 minutes away from WDW. If we want to be at turnstiles when MK opens, In your opinion, What time do you think we would have to leave our resort to make it on time.
Taking into consideration traffic jams ect...

Since nobody else posted to help you I'll take a stab at it. Since the parks open at 9 a.m., I'd say you should leave your resort at least by 6:30 a.m., and earlier if you want to stop for breakfast on the way. It all really depends on how far your resort is from I-95 and what the road conditions are on both I-95 and I-4. It seems like road construction never ends on Florida's highways. Also the day you go will have an effect. If it is a week day you may have to deal with heavier traffic near Daytona and Orlando. I live approximately 95 miles from WDW and on the rare occasion I want to be at the parks when they open (I'm a late sleeper), I always leave at 5:30. That leaves plenty of time to get breakfast in Kissimmee before the parks open. Your drive will be about the same in distance, give or take 10 miles. I hope this helps you.

Thank you for replying...I appreciate it and helps me a great deal.
I think we may get a room for the night in orlando in case we are too tired to drive home or want to take a break in the middle of the day.
