What time do you eat your meals?

Breakfast - 7:30 a.m.
Lunch - 11:00-11:30 a.m.
Dinner - 4:30-5:00 p.m.
Ice Cream - 6:00 p.m. (it's a meal).:goodvibes
 
I have low blood sugar so it seems like all I do is eat all day.

Breakfast - 4:30 or 5:00 am
Snack - 8:30 or 9:00 am
Second Snack - 10 or 10:30
Lunch - 11:30 or 12
Dinner - Any time between 5:00 and 6:00 pm

no breakfast, no lunch, no snack, dinner around 9 pm.....i work 12 hours and dont like to eat and work. also i am on 1000 calories. 30 lbs and counting.
 
No "set" times for me - except I eat my breakfast before I go to bed every night.. Been doing that since I was a kid..:santa:
 
No set time here either.

Some mornings, breakfast is at 3am. Some mornings, DH and I sleep in and eat breakfast at 11am. Usually, it is around 6am-8am.

Lunch, heck... any time from 11am-4pm. :laughing:

Dinner, well, let's see... last night, dinner was at 11pm when I finally made it home! Usually though, we try for 6pm-8pm.

Not to sound harsh or anything, but that is NOT good for you, and will NOT help in your weight loss quest. You have to eat to keep your metabolism going. You may have lost some doing this, but it won't last, and when you go off for a week, you will gain SO MUCH back. Trust me, I know!!!popcorn::

Coffee and Boost.. The sight or smell of food in the morning makes me horribly sick to my stomach - always has..

However, if I'm on vacation - and I can find a place that is still serving breakfast 10:30 to 11:00 a.m. - I can usually eat then..:santa:
 
breakfast.....8-8:30
lunch...........12-12:30
dinner..........7:30 (if DH is home, 6, if not)
snack...........5 (if dinner is at 7:30)
 
I eat... a lot, but have to b/c of my workout/size.

1st Breakfast- 6AM (Oatmeal with bananas and yogurt)
2nd Breakfast- 9AM (PBJ sandwich, orange, granola bar)
Lunch- 2PM (Turkey, roast beef or some kind of sandwich, chips, carrots)
Dinner- 6PM (Varies: pasta, chicken, steak, pork, vegetables, salad, etc.)
Late Snack- 10PM (Cereal or a bagel, apple)

General rule of thumb' if I'm not hungry enough to eat an apple, I'm not hungry.
 
I work second shift, so mine is kinda weird.

Wake up - 11am
Breakfast (which is really lunch foods..) - 12pm
Lunch - 5:30 or 6pm, whenever I get my meal break at work
Supper - 12:30am
Sleep - 4am

I must admit that I am right there with you. All I can stomach in the AM is toast and the occasional cereal. Anything else, and I can't take it. But like you, if it is later, it is fine. :confused3

yes, i know, it's not a good idea to snack before bed. however, being a gastric bypass patient, my stomach is much smaller than normal and cannot go 7-8 hours without food. if i don't eat before i go to bed, i wake up by 2:00am, feeling as if i'm starving to death. my nutritionist is aware of my eating pattern and has no problem with it-i've maintained my weight for over 5.5 years.

my doctor is a dis-er..........who knew?:rotfl2:..........seriously, i know. and sometimes i bring a sugar free pudding or something for around 11 am.............i know thats not enough.........but if i do to many calories during the day i end up going over the 1000 at nite. i am losing about 3 lbs. a week................

Nope, not a Dr, just someone who has lost over 110lbs (eating 4-5 times a day) and has half a brain to know that eating only 1 meal a day isn't good for you. Sorry I tried to help.
 
Breakfast around 9 or 930, I can't eat right away in the am. I need a few hours. I have lunch when DD goes to nap around 1. Dinner is after DH gets home around 630.

The kids have a snack around 330 to hold them until dinner. They eat at 730am, 1130, 330 and 630, I guess.

Sometimes DS will have a snack around 8.
