Should I call right at 7am, 6:50 and be put on hold? What is everyone's strategy? The only dinner I'm worried that will be hard to get is 1900 Park Fare.

You need to call right at 7am.If you call any earlier you are not put on hold you are told they are closed and to call back during buisness hours.

I called today at 5 pm and was talking to someone in 2 mins. Got a Breakfast ADR for next Friday at 10.30 AM for 1900 PF. I am not sure how soon Dinners fill but they might be popular due to Cinderella I guess.

Good luck!

For me, it all depends on the ressie I have to make.

For some ADRs I will make sure I start calling at 3:56AM (PST) to make sure I am one of the first, others I will wait until 4:15 or later to bypass the heavy 4/7AM traffic.

I called this past weekend, and I called early on suanday and waited forever. I called late on Sat and never got through and hung up after so long. But around 8:30 AM on Sat I got through pretty fast.

On exactly 90 days before our trip, I called at 7 am and got every ADR I requested for the times I wanted. Over the next week, we had a couple changes. I called on a weekday evening and once in early afternoon and both times again had no wait time or problems getting what I wanted. I think if you are not calling to close to your arrival time, you shouldn't have an issue. Start calling at 90 days when you can.

I start calling at 5:58 am because when I call earlier than 6:00 I get a message that the offices are closed and I need to call back. (I'm in the Central Time Zone)

I only call a minute or two earlier in case my clocks aren't synced up with theirs.

I posted a similar question yesterday and most of my responses said 7:00 is not necessary. We had a snow delay here so we all slept in and I didn't make my ADRs until about 9:00 EST. I have a party of four and we eat fairly early (most of my ressies are around 6). But I got 1900PF no problem along with everything else (including Le Cellier) at the times I wanted.

Yesterday was my 90 days and I started calling at like 6:55 and just kept recalling until someone picked up.:rotfl: But, someone finally did pick up at like 6:58, it wasn't quite 7:00 yet. And I had no problem getting everything I wanted!!:thumbsup2

Just wanted to give everyone a bit of a laugh. Last year (when ADRS were still at 180 days) our 180 mark fell right around my due date.

I included my book with my menus, park hours, itinerary etc. in my hospital bag and since I had a C section and was in hospital for 4 days I ended up making my ADRs at 7am from my hospital bed. (very happy that I had the 877# to use)

A bit of a pain, but I did get breakfast at CRT for 8:15am.

I will say that when you are used to booking ADRs at 180s it feel really weird to not have booked our reservations yet.

I don't think that iswhat they mean. It won;t matter what day mark your when you are on hold waiting to talk to someone. You could be booking 90 days out or 3 days out, but your hold time will be the same. They are looking for a time when you aren't on hold as long.
I would guess weeekend probably have you on hold longer too.

I called this morning at 7:45 am and got right through - didn't wait at all. Was able to get our Crystal Palace ADR for the exact date/time we were hoping.

Don't they ask before you talk to a CM, or put on hold.... are you a resident of Florida or dining within the next 5 days?

It seems like I am so far away from my call time....not that I want it to get here, cause I need to save my $$$$ I have everything listed so when I do get to call, I just fill in the blanks:)

Hmmm they might, but I don't think that will get you on the phone with them any quicker.
I don;'t remember them asking about FL resident, but I think they did ask something about if you were in the Orlando area right now. I hate that recording so I try to get through fast. LOL!

Me too, especially now they hve changed it to you saying the answers and not just pressing numbers. But you still can press the numbers so I do to save time.

I usually call at 6:55 and keep trying until it goes through. I havent had to sit on hold so far by doing it that way. I have called through the day however and been on hold for quite some time....Good Luck!! :goodvibes
