At park closing or, if the fireworks happen at park closing then immediately after the fireworks are done. You may be able to stop on Main St and shop for a bit but not sure how long before non-party guests are gently guided out.

If you have an ADR that happens right around party time you will be able to go to that and then directed out of the park when you're finished eating.

Which is why during the old parties (MNSSHP and MVMCP) they would block you from entering bathrooms unless you had a party band on.

I just checked and website says park open till eight and party starts at nine. So guess that gives CMs an hour to shoo us all out?

We did 2 Halloween after hours events in September. Right after the fireworks, the lines of CMs appeared at entrances to the different lands. You were asked to show your bands to keep going further into the park. Guests with the event wristband could get right into ride & snack lines. Again, you had to show your band to get into rides. Without a band, you were told the park was closed. I didn’t pay attention to what was going on in the shops or rest rooms tho.
