What time do the Toy Story lots open?

Looking to drive up from Escondido on either Tuesday or Wednesday. The park opens at 10:00. When should the Toy Story parking lots open? I drive and park so rarely (usually stay within walking distance) that I'm not too familiar with parking. I was thinking of arriving around 8:30. Will the lots be open?

They open 1 hr before the published park opening. On days with MM the Mickey and Friends lot opens 90 mins before the published park opening

I don't know if it was due to the holiday week, but last week they had the Pumbaa lot opened in the morning, which I prefer to Toy Story. If you come off the Disney Way carpool exit you go right past it so it's easy to get to if it is open.

The Pumbaa lot would be very nice. With a wheelchair, ECV, and stroller in our group, walking distance would be fantastic. I haven't ever parked there, but will swing by in the morning and hope it is open!

We ended up arriving a little after 9 am yesterday (emergency restroom stop) and the Pumba lot was not open. So, we ended up parking in Toy Story.

It was actually very easy with the wheelchair and ECV. They had us go to a separate area and board first and the driver locked down the two vehicles before other people we allowed to board. Also, in case you're wondering, the driver do accept tips.

FYI, The Toy Story Buses are operated by ART (Route 20), so their drivers are not under the same rules as a Disney CM that operates the Mickey & Friends Trams.
