Nice I work nights I have to set an alarm to get up and call Disney Fairytale Weddings to be penciled in for our wedding on the 13th then again on December 13th to book and I'm wondering what time they open... Is it 9am EST like a "normal" business? Is it 7am EST like the dining line? Is it 8am EST like DVC?

Thanks for all the help!

I guess I'll just set my alarm for 5am to try them at 7 EST

I don't think anyone knows for sure but I would bet on 9am. I don't think this is like ADRs where you could get shut out by 7/8am, so don't stress yourself out.

It's not like ADRs at all. For your escape wedding, you can call between 8-9 months ahead of your date and get pencilled in, but pencilling in is not first come first serve. If 100 people call between 8-9 months ahead of the same date, the first person to call has no more advantage over the second person or the last person to call. So don't knock yourself out.

Incidentally, first come first serve for escape comes into play when you're within 8 months. So if you called tomorrow for a wedding on April 1, and if nobody else has that date or time, then it's yours. No pencilling in.

Thanks for the info. I'll set my alarm to be up at 9am EST. I know I can call later but because of the way my schedule works if I try and call when I get up the offices will probably be closed. I know I can be penciled in at any point but the 9 month mark (and happily the 8 month mark) falls on one of my days off so I might as well get up and call then.

In case anyone else is wondering like me the phone lines open at 9am Monday-Friday. I was able to get penciled in and she told me someone would be calling me in the next couple business days (probably early next week since it's already Thursday) and they were even kind enough to put a note in my file to call after 1pm local time (3pm here) since I work overnights and would be likely to sleep through a morning call.
