What time do the EPCOT buses start running?

My grandson has a Disney YES program to attend at EPCOT in February. We are staying at BC. We have to be at the group sales ticket window (EPCOT main entrance) for 8:45 a.m.

Does anyone know what time the EPCOT bus starts running? I don't think the International Gateway will be open at that time, will it?

Should we just take a cab, to be sure?

You should be able to enter through the IG, there will be someone there to allow people with reservations enter the park.

There are no Epcot buses for the Epcot resorts. When I stayed at the BCV, I had a tour in Epcot that started at 8:00 am, I went in through the IG and then walked to the front of the park. The entrance is open early for tours and the breakfast at Norway. I had to give my name to the guard, at the turnstiles, It seems to me he checked my name against his list, but I am not sure.
