What time do shore excursions become available for booking?

I'm booked on my first cruise with DCL in August and my window for booking shore excursions opens today (6/3). I had thought i read it would open at midnight, but I'm not able to access my reservation now. I keep getting a server error and wondered if this was normal (maybe it takes time for the website to update to allow booking or maybe it's high volume), or if it really means that part of the system is down so I should give up and go to bed. Thanks in advance for any help.

Thanks! I think half an hour is my limit on refreshing when I have to go to work in the morning. I'll just have to cross my fingers that the shore excursions I want will still be available.

Does occur the site is poor but your normally in at 00,00 Eastern. I find if more than one ship starts on the same day PC/ Europe/Alaska it tends to crash.
