What time do restaurants switch from lunch to dinner?

I want to do LeCellier for a late lunch. Is 4:00 considered dinner? Can you order off of the lunch menu at that time? We have an ADR at 2:45, but we're doing the kitchen sink at Beaches & Cream at 11:00, and I don't know if anyone will be hungry at 2:45!

At 4:00 you will be having dinner- I don't believe you can order off the dinner menu at lunch or the lunch menu at dinner- for 1 thing the prices on many options change when they change over.
