What time do restaurants switch from breakfast to lunch foods?

We are hitting the parks EARLY this Thursday, Friday and Saturday for our EMH's at 7:00 a.m. We usually just eat a granola bar or something while we wait at the gates and then have an early lunch. But if we are super hungry and craving breakfast food, we might have a late breakfast instead.

So what time do all-day restaurants (like Flo's and River Belle Terrace) switch from breakfast to lunch foods?

According to Touring Plans, River Belle Terrace serves breakfast until 11:30 am. That may change when the Fantasmic packages go into effect, but if you're going in two weeks, it shouldn't affect your trip.

I couldn't find the hours for Flo's, but I would guess it's something similar. A rival site to the Disboards, does list 11:00 am as the end of breakfast.
