What time do resort buses start running to EPCOT?

We made ressies for Jan. 26th, 8:30 AM, for the Segway Tour in EPCOT's WS. We did that when EPCOT was scheduled to have its early entry day thinking we would have no problem getting there by 8:00 AM. Now, with the new EMH schedule, EPCOT is opening at 9:00 AM on the 26th, not 8:00 AM. Will we be able to get a bus from POR early enough to get to the Customer Service window at EPCOT by 8:15 AM? If buses start running before 8:00, it should not be a problem but how early do they start for EPCOT? Thanks.

There are busses that start running about 7 and run every 20 minutes for the character breakfast in Norway so you can use that bus to get to Epcot.

Thanks for the info! For this tour, we would rather be on time and not "better late than never".
