What time do reservations begin?

When the 180th day arrives, can you start making online reservations at midnight? Also, if staying Concierge level, can the CMs at the desk make the reservations for me?(it looks like the online option hasn't been working very well).Can't wait. Want to be prepared because day 180 is coming up soon! Please advise. Thank you for your help.

So glad I saw this thread. My 180 mark is Monday and I plan to make my ADRs online. I sure didn't know that you could do this 1 hour ahead of phone reservations. Thanks for the info.
