What time do phone lines open for ADRs

I get to make my ADRs tomorrow and I want to call first thing in the morning. What time to the phone lines open? Any tips on getting CRT?

The phone lines open at 7 AM EDT.
CRT is easier than it once was. I would make that your first request, even if it isn't the first day of your trip.

Yep! Though there are quite a few things that cannot be booked online. If you search through the online system, it will not have a "book reservation" button.
