Are they right at dark, which is what in December? We are in the same time zone here in Ohio, but it gets dark much sooner down there. So 4:00? Or do they shoot for a reasonable time like 8? I'd like to see the Snowball Express, but certainly not at the expense of alot of park time.

Hi! When we were coming down (from Ohio as well) for our September 2007trip (we were staying at SSR but the movies/sing-a-long/campfire is open to all WDW resort guests) we just called Ft. Wilderness and they gave us the time of each event and even told me the name of the two movies (we had to possible nights that would work) that would be showing! :goodvibes You might want to ask! I called as I found conflicting times/info online and wanted to be certain! The CM was very helpful! :thumbsup2

We just got back last night we saw snowball express wed. night it was good! The sing-a-long with chip-n-dale started at 7pm the walked around for pictures for about 30min. or so and movie strated about 8pm.:santa: :santa:

In December, the sing-along starts at 7pm, and the movie starts at approximately 7:40. It could be a little later, if Chip & Dale spend a lot of time walking around, etc. :goodvibes

Since the sun is in the Southern Hemisphere in the winter, it actually gets dark a little later in Florida than it does in Ohio.

correct, down here it gets dark at night.

When I was a kid, we were so poor we couldn't afford a clock so we had a sundial in the backyard. I used to have to take a flashlight to the yard at night to see if it was time to go to bed.

maybe we should set up a trust fund for your childhood here on the board.

We have already entered our 5 months of darkness up here, we wont have sunlight until late April. Needless to say I am a huge advocate FOR global warming.
