What time do Dining ADRs open up at 60 days?

So I was up at 3:45 am to get ready to book the first round of WDW ADRs for our March trip because, always in the past, the ADRs opened up at 7am EST/4am PST. I logged in at 3:55 am and was able book our first ADRs. I was even able to get multiple times for Art Smith for Lunch! Have things changed and ADRs open earlier or is this like Park opening and it’s 4am ish?

Online access begins at 6 am eastern. Phone lines open at 7am. Online has been open a hour before the phone lines for as long as I can remember.

Its always been 6am eastern online and 7am eastern by phone.

Back in the day I think maybe FP+ started at midnight eastern but that had also changed.

Yup - on at 6AM this morning for ours. Checked at 5:58AM, and no res options. At 6AM, could see the ADRs I needed. Been doing that for years.

The 3 hour time difference is going to kill me Monday whenihave to be up at 3 to get the more specific ADRs I want…. The 6am EST openining is tough but I will book what I need then go back to bed.

6am Eastern, sometimes you can try and get in at 555am and you can gain access.... worked a few times for me for some reason
