What time do most CS open in the parks?

The mains ones I am interested in are the following:

Pizzafari @ AK
Flame Tree @ AK
Cosmic Rays @ MK
Pinocchio Village @ MK
Sunshine Seasons Lunch @ Epcot

I know that the times change according to the season. We will be there next month. I am hoping to get to the parks early and eat a light breakfast. I know we will want lunch as soon as they open. I want to beat the crowds.

Has anyone been at opening recently (since the busy summer season) to verify what "vary with park hours" means?

We do the same thing - early light breakfast and early lunch - and have always been able to eat lunch around 11am at most CS places. 11:30 the absolute latest!
