What time do A&E start meeting ? And another FP Q

1. Do A&E start meeting right at park opening? We have an ADR at BOG for 8:05, park opening is at 9:00. Trying to decide whether it's smart to get in line ASAP for them ... I don't want to waste valuable morning touring time though if they only start meeting at 9:20 or something.

2. If the hours get extended and park opening changes to 8am (which seems likely for mid March), we will cancel our ADR. Will more FP+ open up at that time for A&E from 8am-9am or will it be standby only?

Thanks! Of course the ONLY thing my 2yo wants to do for her first trip to WDW is meet Anna & Elsa. Her and every other little girl this side of Arendelle. Trying to make it happen for her as best I can.

They do start meeting right away. The time will most likely say 30mins right at park opening. I'm not sure about more fp opening up but it's usually the case
