What time can you start making FP+ selections???

Hi everyone, my 60 days out is coming up soon. Does anybody know what time on the 60th day you can start making FP+ selections? 12:01? 4:00 am? 6:00am? etc.

The TV networks figured out long ago that the simplest way to say it is, "Eastern."

As in, "9 O'Clock, Eastern... 8 O'Clock, Central."
