what time can you start calling to make dining reservations?

I know I can call 60 days out but starting at what time?

Just wanted to add my questions rather than start a new thread.

Do they charge you when you call or just get a credit card to reserve it with.

I believe it's 7am pacific time. No they don't charge credit cards when you make reservations. They won't even ask for one for dining reservations. If you're making Fantasmic Buffet ressies, they do, but those are 30 days out.
