What time can you start booking online at 7 months?

What time is it each morning is it that you can book reservations online at 7 months out? Thanks for your answers.

Do they routinely perform maintenance just before 8:00 AM on the website? It seems to be that most pages are working right now except for the "book your vacation" page (of course!)

On two separate occasions recently, I and my son booked two different vacations successfully online at exactly the 8 AM hour, so it can be done. Souse and I are going to Hilton Head , while son wanted to do GCV at Disneyland at a later time.

My 7 month mark for July was Thursday. Website was down until 9:00. I called MS to make the reservation, the website came up at the moment a CM answered.
