What time can you get FAST PASS?

We have 8:30am Storybook Breakfast. Can we get a pass before 9:00am? I would like to ride test track and soarin before we tour the world showcase. What is a good strategy?
I thought we could send DH for a soarin FP while the group gets to test track.

If you are going to the Bkfast on a EMH AM, the Fp will be working. Otherwise, it sounds like a good plan to send 1 person for Soarin, while the rest walks to TT. Buy the time you finish Bkfast and walk back to Future World, it may be busy already. (Depending on the Time of year you are going.) Also, in Oct. we waited 20-25 min. before we were seated at PSB.

If youaren't pressed, you could do single rider for TT. Or most of you could get in the regular line and DH could go single rider to try and catch up. Just ber certain to designate a meeting space. Also, if you go single rider, you will NOT be sitting together, so you won't get a photo together. If that doesn't matter, than that's usually the fastest way to ride. There is a fair amount of distance between Soarin' and TT, so it will probably take DH at least 20 minutes to catch up to you.

We will be there on sun 12-10. Not an EMH day. Does that mean FP starts at park opening?
I think 8:30 is the first ressie time, so hopefully they will be on time. Did you enjoy your PSB?

Thanks for the reminder about the photo! We have another Epcot day so we will sit together for the photo then.
I like the single rider idea. DH and I might do this a few times for other rides too. A little alone time will be rejuvinating!
