Can anyone tell me the number to call to make ADRs and what is the earliest time that I can call from?

What is WDW DINE is there a number I am calling from england and only have numbers on my phone!

I am going to WDW next month and I booked my dinner resies about 3 months ago. I had their phone number but now I have no idea where it is.

Is it 4.50am EST now? I think EST is 4hours behind GMT as it is 8.50am here now am I right?

The clocks in the USS went back on Saturday night I believe so 12:00 midday will be the time to call. From the UK, you need to call 001 407 939 3463. Good luck getting what you want
